On the afternoon of May 18, the esteemed founder of China's legendary branding marketing consulting firm, "Hua & Hua," Mr. Sam Hua, graced Singapore with his presence, captivating audiences and fostering valuable exchanges. Every step of his visit was met with warm greetings from prominent figures across diverse sectors in Singapore.

Reporters reveal that on May 23 and 24, Mr. Sam Hua delivered two captivating speeches on "The Art of War" at the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the National University of Singapore, respectively. His presentations, eloquently delivered in both Chinese and English, offered unique insights and profound perspectives on this timeless subject, leaving an indelible impression on the Singaporean audience. Benefiting greatly from his speeches, attendees were enthralled by Sam Hua's layered and philosophical language style.

With his witty and accessible explanations of "The Art of War" and his masterful command of language, Sam Hua garnered continuous applause, amassing a dedicated following and achieving tremendous success, earning high praise from the local audience.

Sam Hua's book, "Sun Tzu's Art of War, A Modern Exposition," has achieved global distribution in Chinese, Korean, Thai, and English, with over one million copies sold, making it the best-selling book on "The Art of War" worldwide.

During an interview, it was discovered that writing books merely serves as a secondary pursuit for Sam Hua. In 2002, he founded Hua & Hua, and created countless iconic brand plannings and advertisements familiar to generations of Chinese people. From classics like "Take photo Shout 'Tianqi,' Tianqi Toothpaste" and "Little Sunflower Mom's Class Has Started, Little Sunflower Paediatrics" to the recent global sensation "I Love You, You Love Me, Meixue Ice Cream and Tea," all of these memorable campaigns bear the unmistakable mark of Hua & Hua.

Their notable clients which are familiar by Singaporean include Han Ting Hotel, HaiDiLao, and Juewei Duck Neck. Hua & Hua's presence in Singapore dates back many years, with Putien Restaurant, for instance, relying on their brand consulting services for their entry into the Chinese market in 2015. Another local Singaporean restaurant chain, Dian Xiao Er, has also enlisted the guidance of Hua & Hua as their brand consultant. As a result, Hua & Hua has become the foremost branding marketing consulting firm in Singapore for the Chinese market. Furthermore, Hua & Hua is recognized by Enterprise Singapore, offering consulting fee subsidies to local small and medium-sized enterprises seeking their services.

The most notable advertisement ever created by Hua & Hua features the firm's own founders, Sam Hua and Nan Hua (from which the name "Hua & Hua" originates). Acting as their own brand ambassadors, the duo has graced Hua & Hua's advertisements, captivating audiences for over a decade. Their faces have adorned the inflight magazines of China's three major airlines and hub airports in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and other cities. In 2022, Sam Hua and Nan Hua's advertisements also graced Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 of Singapore Changi Airport, occupying every advertising space in the luggage areas. This act marked the official start of their internationalisation. Sam Hua's philosophy of "advertisement moves before the troops" has been the guiding principle behind his advertising strategies. He affirms that his expansion into Singapore and establishment of international Headquarters in Singapore for two purposes. Which are helping Chinese companies going global, and helping Singaporean and international companies to enter the Chinese market.
